We Keep It Simple!
We like to email clients a simple contract listing the date, time, location, performer(s) and type of performance with costume and music if applicable. Our goal is to make the contract readable for those who did not attend law school. All aerialists have Professional Performers Insurance through Specialty Insurance and the venue can be added as “additional insured” if desired although this is not necessary. Clients reply “I agree” to the email contract. $50 deposit due with booking (or $100 deposit for more expensive shows) and remainder day of event, can be Venmo, cash, or check.
Another option is to book us through GigSalad which uses their contract, this is fine with us. They charge a small administrative fee but they are a national company.
